Upon purchase, PoliGuard grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the policy and procedure templates for your organization's internal compliance purposes.
You may customize, modify, and deploy the templates within your organization. You may use the templates for multiple subsidiaries under the same parent company with appropriate licensing.
You may not resell, redistribute, or make the templates available to third parties outside your licensed organization. You may not use the templates to create competing products or services.
Active subscriptions receive regular updates as frameworks and standards evolve. Access to updates requires maintaining an active license.
